Yes, all authors of a work must have completed the conference registration and payment on time.

No, each author will pay the registration once their contribution is admitted, but always respect the established key dates.

Papers can be submitted in Spanish and English.

The conference will be entirely asynchronous. Therefore, all contributions (symposiums and communications) must have a presentation video. During the CIIDES-2024, authors must participate through the conference platform (Moodle), through which they can interact with other registered participants.

To receive the participation certificate, all authors must present their work through the designated forums. Additionally, they must make at least two comments on other works presented at the conference.

It is not obligatory. The video must contain, at least, a voiceover and the presentation of slides prepared by the authors.

As proposals are received, the Organizing Committee will respond as quickly as possible.

One week after the conference has ended, and provided that the participation requirements have been met, registered individuals can download the certificates from the corresponding section on the CIIDES-2024 website: certificates.
