CONGRESS
- Submission of SYMPOSIUM proposals (symposium abstracts): until 10th February 2025.
- Registration with a reduced fee: until 31st January 2025.
- Submission of PAPER proposals for SYMPOSIUMS (paper abstracts): until 17th February 2025.
- Submission of contributions to communications: until 17th February 2025.
- Continuous notification of acceptance of contribution: as they are received.
- Submission of communication and/or symposium videos: until 24th February 2025.
- Registration with normal fee: until 15th March 2025.
- Congress dates: from 26th to 28th March 2025.
- Downloading of participation certificates: after the congress, upon fulfilling participation conditions.
PUBLICATIONS
- Submission of full-text papers for presentations/communications (optional): from 1st November 2024 to 30th April 2025.
- Publication of the proceedings book: before 31st May 2025.
- Publication of volumes in publishers and journals: before 31st December 2025.
